Jerry Trueman, who resided in Boca Raton since 1998, had developed a most unique art medium. The palette he employs to create his pictures consists solely of colors printed on soda (and occasionally beer) cans. Pieces of aluminum are cut from the cans by color and shape and nailed to wood with 1/2 inch galvanized nails to form the colorful mosaic.
Due to the time consuming nature of this process, his maximum productivity is seven or eight pictures per year. He hopes you enjoy viewing his body of work as much as he does creating it.
